Who We Are?

Project Central Project Development Consultancy was founded to provide professional Management and Engineering services to clients that are associated with the entire spectrum of the Construction Industries with Originally name as LWM Project Management services. With the advent of multi – disciplined and very complex projects, it was found that LWM Project Management services acted as center of all associated parties co-ordination and thus decided to rebrand itself as Project Central Project Development Services defining it’s true meaning. The range of professional services available to our clients had to be expanded in order to meet their greater need, thus Project Central Project Development decided to change the name and relate to client’s requirement.

Project control attained greater importance due to the complexity of the projects, the necessity for timeous completion and the high cost of capital. Legislation and case law required more attention and structure in the conditions of contract.

In order to meet these changing and expanding requirements of our clients, we formed Project Central Project Development Consultancy with the objectives to provide those services required to assist the client in executing all components of the project in a more productive and profitable manner.

Our Capabilities

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Evaluate monthly progress payments and Prepare monthly cost report and cost to complete evaluation.
Prepare weekly progress reports and Negotiate and make recommendation on contractual changes and claims

SITE SUPERVISION

Evaluate all site instructions & site design changes along drawings approval and site instructions.

PROJECT COST MANAGEMENT

Monitor the cost and time performance of contractor. Audit measured quantities against relevant construction drawings

PROJECT PLANNING

Preparation of program of works and analyzing the progress of different activities such as Engineering services, procurement services, construction activities and handover.

PROCUREMENT PLANNING & MANAGEMENT

Preparation of general parameters for the execution of contract to ensure that client’s interest and requirements are protected.
